3.  Day Trips to  Suburban Palaces

There are few places in the suburbs of St-Petersburg where it's really worth to go:

Peterhof, Pushkin, Pavlovsk.

You can either have a bus tour there or a car tour with your tourguide.  A bus ticket will cost approximately  20 roubles (.5 Eur), it takes about 1,5 hours to get there from the center.   

If you'd like a bus tour it takes 30-40 minutes to get there by car.  

 Peterhof

Visit the Tsar’s summer palace on the sea.  View the magnificent collection of fountains that rival anything in Europe.   Marvel in the oppulance of pre-revolutionary  royal life and see thousands of pieces of world famous art.  Located about 45 minutes outside of St. Petersburg on the Gulf of Finland,  Peterhoff is a perfect day trip lasting approximately 5 hours.   Our tour includes round trip transportation in a private air conditioned vehicle, private guide who will share a wealth of information and entertain your throughout the day, and admission to the park and palace.  As with all our tours, because they are private, we have flexibility to show you special points of interest depending on your desires.

Tsarskoe Selo

A stunning day trip to Catherine The Great’s official residence.  This palace features the world famous Amber room, the largest collection of sculpted amber in the world, recently restored finally just several years ago.  Damaged and looted horribly during the Great Patriotic War (World War II), the palace has undergone an immense renovation and has rightfully regained its place as one of the most magnificent palaces in Europe.   The opportunity to ride  horse driven sleighs through the magnificent parks filled with statues can give you just a glimpse of the royal lifestyle.  Our tour includes round trip transportation in a private air conditioned vehicle, accredited entertaining multi-lingual guide, and the admission to the park and palace.  

4.   Visit the State Hermitage Museum
