`On or about December8, 2023 the Plaintiff became the record owner of premises known
`as 235 RIDGEFIELD STREET, HARTFORD, CT 06112 A/K/A 237 RIDGEFIELD
`STREET, HARTFORD CT 06112 as the result of a foreclosure action.
`
`On or before December 8, 2023, the Defendants, Keosha Harris, John Doe I, John DoeII,
`Jane Doe J and Jane DoeII, entered into possession of certain premises known as 235
`RIDGEFIELD STREET, HARTFORD,CT 06112 A/K/A 237 RIDGEFIELD STREET,
`HARTFORD CT 06112.
`
`Other than Koesha Harris, the Plaintiff does not know the names of the occupants.
`
`The Defendants right or privilege to occupy the premises has terminated.
`
`Notice pursuant to the Federal Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act of 2009 and Conn.
`Gen. Stat. §49-31p was not sent to the occupants of the premises as the occupants are not
`and could not have been bonafide tenants of the premises because they took possession
`without the prior knowledge, consent, or authorization of the Plaintiff or the Plaintiff's
`authorized agents .

`On May13, 2024, the Plaintiff caused a notice to be duly served on the Defendants to
`quit possession of the premises on or before June 18, 2024, as required by law. The
