Modern Hair & Beauty is a licensed distributor of Wella Salon Professional brands in the southern region of Africa. We recently expanded our portfolio by securing the distribution rights for the Intraceuticals skincare brand and the Cloud Nine styling iron brand. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer relations, offering support, service, and in-depth training to our customers in the professional hair and skincare markets. Our primary focus is the success of our customers.
Role Description
This is a full-time regional sales manager role based in the Cape Town with flexibility for remote work. As a regional sales manager, you will be responsible for managing sales activities in the coastal region of South Africa ( includes Eastern Cape & KZN) . This includes developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and providing training and support to sales consultants. This is a hybrid role, with a combination of office-based work in Cape Town and remote work opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the professional hair and skincare industry
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
Willingness to travel within the southern region of Africa
Knowledge of Wella Salon Professional brands and Intraceuticals skincare brand is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
